Spring has finally come to the Pacific Northwest. For me the true signs of spring include spotting robins, nettles, skunk cabbage, and cherry blossoms. I have now seen all of these things, planted seeds for my garden, and prepared my garden beds.
I am also deep into preparing for the upcoming dye season- I will be teaching many classes all over BC this summer about wildcrafting, natural dyes, and pigment production. (See the 'workshops' tab on my website for info!)
Now i'm off to the studio to prepare hundreds and hundreds of 2"x2" wool melton cloth squares for class samples!
